Pete Herbert Interview

Even if you don’t know the name Pete Herbert, it’s highly likely you own at least one of his productions. As Reverso 68 (with Phil Mison) he became one of the most prolific remixers in the UK music industry during the last two years. He’s known for his multi-alias collaborations: Bushflange, LSB with Baby G, the aforementioned Reverso 68 and Frontera (both with Mr Mison).

Pete kindly met up with me after what sounded like a pretty hefty weekend, and willingly gave me the goods on his infamous nineties London record store (Atlas Records), his new label Maxi Discs and the down-low on the records that inspire him. Ladies and gentlemen, Mr Pete Herbert.
